Henry Stusnick, 28, has been our Chief Business Officer and Chief Operating Officer since April 2026. Mr. Stusnick is an Analyst on the Investment Team at RA Capital Management and has been with RA Capital Management since 2022. Mr. Stusnick works on both public and private investments and has served as a director for Kinaset Therapeutics since January 2026, as well as a board observer for Ambros Therapeutics and Sparrow Pharmaceuticals. He previously served as a board observer for Bluejay Therapeutics (acquired by Mirum Pharmaceuticals) and SpyGlass Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: SGP). Prior to joining RA Capital Management, Mr. Stusnick worked as an Investment Banker at Leerink Partners, advising biopharma companies on financing and strategic transactions. Mr. Stusnick has also served as Chief Business Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Research Alliance Corporation III since its inception in February 2026. Mr. Stusnick holds a B.A. in Biology and Economics from Dartmouth College.

Fran Adams, 45, has been our Chief Financial Officer since April 2026. Mr. Adams is currently a Partner at van den Boom and Associates with over 20 years of accounting and finance experience. Mr. Adams serves as the fractional chief financial officer and head of finance and accounting at various private life sciences companies. Prior to joining van den Boom and Associates worked at multiple public companies focusing on financial reporting and technical accounting. Mr. Adams has also served as Chief Financial Officer of Research Alliance Corporation III since its inception in February 2026. Dr Adams holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis in accounting from San Diego State University and is an active California CPA.

Alan Musso, 64, is a director nominee. Mr. Musso has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Fulcrum Therapeutics, a public clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, a public clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on improving the lives of patients with genetically defined rare diseases in areas of high unmet medical need since August 2023. Previously, from October 2019 until September 2022, he served as the chief financial officer of ReViral Ltd., a privately held, clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing, and commercializing novel antiviral therapeutics that target respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), that was acquired by Pfizer Inc. in June 2022. Prior to ReViral, from September 2018 to September 2019, Mr. Musso was the chief financial officer and treasurer at Peloton Therapeutics Inc., a company focused on the development of novel small molecule therapeutic candidates for the treatment of cancer. Prior to Peloton, from November 2014 to August 2018, Mr. Musso served as the chief financial officer and treasurer at Bellicum Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a public biotechnology company focused on discovering and developing novel, controllable cellular immunotherapies for various forms of cancer. Prior to Bellicum, from February 2002 to November 2014, Mr. Musso served in various positions at Targacept, Inc., a public biopharmaceutical company. Mr. Musso spent the early part of his career as a senior internal auditor for Pfizer as well as a certified public accountant for KPMG International. Mr. Musso has served as a member of the board of directors of Rein Therapeutics since October 2023 and previously served as a member of the board of directors of Lung Therapeutics from April 2022 until the closing of the Lung Acquisition in October 2023. Mr. Musso holds a B.S. in accounting from Saint Mary’s College of California, and a Master’s Degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. We believe Mr. Musso is qualified to serve on the Board due to his extensive management and financial experience in the life sciences industry.

John Maslowski, 51, is a director nominee. Mr. Maslowski has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Forge Biologics since October 2024 and has served as a member of its board of directors since October 2024. Prior to that, Mr. Maslowski served as Chief Commercial Officer of Forge Biologics from June 2021 to October 2024. Mr. Maslowski previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Castle Creek Biosciences, Inc. from January 2020 to May 2021 and as Chief Scientific Advisor from May 2021 to December 2021. Mr. Maslowski also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Fibrocell Science, Inc. (Nasdaq: FCSC, acquired by Castle Creek Pharmaceutical Holdings, Inc.) from December 2016 to January 2020. Mr. Maslowski currently serves on the board of directors of Nionyx Bio and debra of America, and he previously served on the board of directors of the Alliance for Regenerative Medicine and Castle Creek Biosciences, Inc. Mr. Maslowski holds an M.S. in Microbiology from Villanova University and a B.S. in Biology from Ursinus College. We believe that Mr. Maslowski’s leadership experience in the biotechnology industry makes him well qualified to serve on our board of directors.
